Okok this is somewhat complicated and absurd and needs its own section because Chrono comes in three flavors. HANG TIGHT.
When his powers are SEALED, Chrono is, for the most part, adorable and unintimidating. HE IS SUPER TINY. That said, he still retains some otherworldly features like fangs, pointed ears, and red eyes with slits for pupils. He passes for a human child well enough, because I guess everyone in his canon is kind of dumb. I leave this to your discretion.

When his powers are UNSEALED Chrono is....a six-foot-something demon. SO YEAH. In human mode he just looks like a 20-something-year-old with funny eyes and pointy ears.

In full demon mode, prominent features include large bat-like wings, metal plates bolted to his face, really long fuzzy ears, gold slitted eyes, three additional red eyes on his forehead, and a prehensile second spine/chain thing protruding from the base of his neck.
